I combine high-yield SAT strategies with the foundational math behind them, and I customize every plan to the gaps your student actually has.
My background is in academic and biotech research, which is where the Keystone approach comes from: measure (the right thing), analyze, improve. I've also worked in Ivy League admissions consulting, so I can help your family see how the SAT fits into the bigger college plan.
Unlike tutoring centers, I work with just a handful of students at a time, so you get personal attention and lots of flexibility. Each student gets a written roadmap, and parents get honest monthly updates.

FAQ
When should my student start?
Most students take their first SAT in the spring of junior year, then retake it to raise their score. The last test dates that count are October of senior year for early action or early decision, and December for regular decision. Start prep at least 3 months before the first test. The earlier you start, the bigger the gains. See what we focus on at each grade.
What happens in the free score review?
You share a recent PSAT, SAT or Bluebook practice-test score report. In 50 minutes we look at which question types and topics lost points, whether the cause is content, strategy or pacing, and what to work on next. If your student has no score yet, we use a short diagnostic instead.
Online or in person?
Either. In-person sessions are in Belmont. Online sessions work anywhere, with the same portal, whiteboard and Desmos tools.
Is this prep for the new digital SAT?
Yes. Everything is built for the digital SAT (2024 format), including Desmos calculator techniques and Bluebook-style practice.
How will I know it's working?
Each month you get a short report with accuracy by topic, timed-set pacing and the repeated mistakes we're still fixing. Official practice tests are given at key points in the plan to measure progress.
When are sessions available?
Monday to Friday, daytime and evening, with some weekend times. Spots are limited, so join the interest list if you're planning for a future cycle.
How does payment work?
